Foam Roll measuring 3.5″ x 14″ with a ILD of 70. This 70 ILD roll will become softer with repeated uses. We also carry a more dense roll of 90 ILD.
Covers are 100% nylon with a zipper closure. Covers will help protect the foam roll underneath, create smooth edges, add a soft touch, and a layer of comfort. The polyurethane foam roll is lightweight and durable.
