Foam roll measuring 3.5″ x 14″ with an ILD of 90. We also carry a less dense roll of 70 ILD. This 90 ILD roll is ideally suited for more advanced therapy exercises and will become softer with repeated uses.

Covers are 100% nylon with a zipper closure. Covers will help protect the foam roll underneath, create smooth edges, add a soft touch, and a layer of comfort. The polyurethane foam roll is lightweight and durable.
